A historic restaurant with a rich legacy spanning over 25 years, Essex is an integral part of the NYC's Lower East Side. Originally located in the Essex Street Market, Essex embarked on a new chapter in 2019, relocating to the century-old Schapiro's Winery.
Our soaring multi-level space has private and semi-private rooms for parties of 25 to 200 guests, including our mezzanine with a full-service bar. Whether it's an intimate gathering, engagement party, bridal shower or a corporate affair, our versatile party spaces cater to every occasion.
